Printing machinery enroute to Greece

The Problem

Our customer, a distributor of high capacity printing equipment, had an urgent request for a machine to be delivered to Greece.  A consignment of four pieces was due to be collected by the haulier at 2.00pm on Friday afternoon.

Unfortunately the late arrival of a part for the machine meant that the equipment could not be released until 9.00am on Friday morning leaving only a very narrow window for the consignment to be fully packed.

The Solution

Charles Kendall Packing visited the customer to measure the equipment, enabling us to pre-make the cases.  Then when the equipment arrived with us at 10.00 am we were able to pack everything immediately.  The consignment was fully packed within three hours and ready to be collected on time.
